Stress, Weight Loss, and Metabolism
Stress is an internal part of weight gain. Believe it or not, stress indirectly affected your health and weight. It has been proved that women with high stress level would gain weight faster than men. “Stress eating” is a very common word now. Career women or housewives should be very careful because most of them keep this bad habit (stress eating).
Everyday our body spreads cortisol, a hormone which plays very major part for our metabolic rate. It works especially in our abdominal region. If you have to much of cortisol, your body metabolism would become slower and it obviously will affect your weight. Don’t be surprised if you gain weight faster if you have too much cortisol in your body.
So how to reduce the amount of cortisol? You must strictly stick to your exercises. Do some push ups, sit ups, go to gym, run in the morning, etc. Just do sets of exercise at least once per three days. If you do not do it consistently, you won’t be able to “press” your cortisol level. Of course every human being is different. Some have better metabolism while the other struggling against their poor condition.
The positive thing is, you now have potential to change all of these by using trusted weight loss patch, drug, or program. Personally I recommend you to use diet pills, particularly proactol, because it really helped my appetite so I can concentrate more on my exercises. I understand if you do not believe in drugs, there are plenty of other ways to help us lose our weight. Diet home delivery services and traditional exercises are only some examples. Just remember, everything depends upon your efforts.
