How you make analogy for reiki self healing?

Hmm, everyone has their own version but with the guide of its purpose I try to make my own. My reiki club friend said.

As a laboratory practice I often use incubator like peltier cooler for my media for  as a specific weather treatment. The key of this tools is give every part of medium same heat. By doing self healing we give our body right treatment as we don’t know which part of our body that get the hard disease. My yoga friend don’t understand with his friend. As he learn meditation in for a week but the result is more than waht he got for almost a year. After long thinking he decide to ask his question to his master and his master just said :

What a strange question as he always think about doing hard meditation, fasting, etc. Till he realize the meaning of his master speech. He know that his friend is orphan.
