Obesity, noodle and diet aproach
It has been 1,5 months not see my cousin. She continue her education in nurse academy. Must live in dormitory force her to live in a system.
You eat 3 times per day and get what your body need. No additive food such noodle or soda.
Her body now in a good shape and proportional.
She don’t touch this kind of foods group:
- Noodles ( Japanese noodles (buckwheat/Japanese wheat noodle), instant noodles, Chinese noodles, pasta, spaghetti )
- Fish and shellfish ( Eel, fish with white meat (sea breams, flatfish, codfish and others), fish with blue back (mackerel, sardine, herring and others), fish with red meat (tunas, salmon and skipjack), shrimps, squids, octopus, oysters, other shellfish )
- Sea products ( Dried fish, small fish with bones, canned tuna, fish eggs, boiled fish in soy sauce, salted guts, surimi (ground fish meat) products )
Every instant food will lead in obesity. This fasting month help me a lot to detoxify the poison.
Fasting and diet is good combination for control obesity level.
My plans in next one month:
- Not eat noodle
- Not sleep before 21:00
- No more junk food
- Playing futsal every Saturday night
