Attunement Procedure of Reiki Hijau (In English)
Attunement Procedure
Attunement usually done on Thursday night, at 22.20 WIB (Western
Indonesian Time) or GMT+7
After have an approval, prepare yourself in a comfortable quiet
place (turn of TV, cellphone, etc), prepare also timer set for 20
minutes time.
Position is sitting (sit on chair or on floor), arms (hand) on your
thigh with palm open up face up.
1. Do a pray according to your religion
For moslem, do 3 following:
1.1. Recite ta’awudz (protection verse)
"audzubillahi minasy syaithonir rojiim"
1.2. Recite Basmallah and then Al Fatihah
1.3. Recite 3 surah: Al Ikhlas, Al Falaq, and An Naas
2. Affirmation (in your heart)
Example of affirmation:
I’m now receiving Reiki Hijau/Reiki Lathoif level … attunement
which sent by Nur Syifa Muhammad, healing energy is flowing through
my whole body prefectly as a gift from Allah SWT, be it as Allah’s
will and permition. Alhamdulillah 3x.
Affirmation can be suited according to your faith/religion.
3. Meditation
Do a meditaion position within 15 - 20 minutes. Just enjoy the
attunement process. If you see any "vision", please pay attention,
if not then do not looking for it. Just Relaks. Do not concentrate,
but do not let your mind does wild, keep on praying to Allah SWT.
4. Thank full
After finish, please be thank full to Allah SWT.
5. Do Self healing
NOTE: Attunement can also be done by yourself (self attunement) with
Moment Method or directly request to Allah SWT.
