Feeling hot with my body and sometime feel get fever. I just get lazy for grounding after doing self healing.

I think another hot problem comes from my VMG level. I took gtummo too. I use it while take vacation to Malaysia. When others using jacket in first world hotel in Genting. I try not use it and it works

Back to grounding. Grounding is balancing part. When your body get cleansing in self healing session occured some energy that stuck in Chakra . By doing grounding ‘yin and yang’ analogy will work. Hot get gold and cold get hot.

My friend ever ask me an question :

I already take  reiki Usui, can I use self healing and grounding technique of other reiki?

My answer is : Yes

Self healing need to see general treatment to healing our body, not  for specific reiki. Just doing self healing regularly and feel it.

Same as self healing, grounding is neutral technique. For balancing purpose. Thats it.

Can I use other reiki music for my self healing session?

Yes, choose your favorite music.

Different between level2 and level 3 is only the energy density, in level 2 big energy split into little one if recipient is many but level 3 energy will reach in same quantity.

In general the steps to do for long distance healing :

1. Draw Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol and let energy flow
2. Draw Cho Ku Rei symbol and let energy flow
3. Direct the energy to its destination

Simple analogy for Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen (HSZSN) is email.
